Born and raised in the town of Eltingville to a commercial printer and a stay at home mom who started many successful businesses, Gary Fleming always knew that he wanted to take after his parents and start his own business. He started his first business at the age of 14. A disc jockey company, Gary Gregory Productions, which gave him the opportunity to do what he loved, interact with people and give them a party they would not forget!
You may have seen Gary before as he has had the role of being the Emcee and DJ at thousands of Wedding Receptions, Corporate Parties, Private Parties, Special Events and Fundraisers.
With a passion for music Gary also had a hobby of photography. Gary was given the opportunity to take his hobby and turn it into a successful family business, Emerald Studios. As the main photographer at Emerald Studios, Gary has been photographing families and children for over 30 years. As of 2017 Emerald Studios is now being operated by his brother as Gary starts his new venture into real estate sales.
In 2000 Gary had his first taste of wanting to get into the real estate business. He purchased his parents home and decided to give it a major renovation, from design concept to the finished product he became the general contractor for the entire build. From hiring the architect, builder, plumber, electrician and more. He designed the home he resides in now in Eltingville with his beautiful high school sweetheart Sabrina, and his three amazing children.
After many years of going back and forth with wanting to become a licensed real estate salesperson, Gary finally took the jump and did it.
His charisma and energy that he has with crowds of people, personal attention with brides and grooms and his photographic skills to capture, preserve and document memories for families will be something he will bring with him as he helps you make one of the most important decisions in your life.
Gary sits on the board and is also the President of The South Shore Business Improvement District. The South Shore BID is a recognized 501c3 non-profit organization created to enhance the economic vitality within the towns it serves. Ultimately, its goal is to make the towns of Annadale, Eltingville, and Great Kills better to work, shop and live in.
